Our Services and Facilities

Croob Cottage is nestled in Slieve Croob, providing panoramic views for our Service Users. It is a beautiful house to live in and we believe that compassion and care for the vulnerable people with whom we work should form the basis of our practice.

Personal Care

Staff are always on duty to plan and supervise service users assessed need, ensuring the highest standards.
Behavioural Support

We aid in the support of individuals with learning disabilities and their families.
Live-in Service

We offer support staff to enable our service users to live as independently as possible in their own home
Day/Night sitting service

Our highly experienced staff provide support to our service users to help with normal activities of daily living.
High dependence service

Our team have significant experience and expertise, to provide specialised care to support service users as required.
Shopping service as per care plan

If deemed appropriate with service users care plans, a shopping service will be arranged with the home manager.
Continence service day/night

We assist in a continence service 24/7 to support our service users as necessary.
Preparation of meals

Service users homes have been fitted with a kitchen where they are supported to make their own meals and special diets will be catered for.
Laundry

Services are available on site at Seeconnell and the cost is including in the normal fees for service.
Counselling

Appointments are arranged through our local GP after an assessment.
Community Inclusion

We encourage our service users to undertake opportunities to work and exist as a contributing member of the community where appropriate.
Liaison with Care Managers, Social Workers, District Nurses, relatives and friends as required

As a domiciliary support living service, the manager works closely with multi disciplinary team to support staff to assess needs. We work with various care professionals to ensure service users live happier, healthier, more fulfilled lives in their own home..
