We provide care for those patients life limiting illness's and is intended to treat or manage pain and other physical symptoms. We ensure our patients’ end of life plans are respected and we help to improve the quality of life of patients.
We provide specialised support for individuals who have physical disabilities and other complex care needs. With our support and specialised units we can encourage a meaningful, independent and fulfilling life.
