Our Services and Facilties

The Gate Lodge is a modern residential home designed specifically for the needs of our patients, 24 hours a day. Our dedicated team of nurses, care assistants and ancillary staff are focused on enhancing the lives of the patients in their care.

24-hour care and support

Staff are always on duty to plan and supervise patient’s care, ensuring the highest standards.
Meals

Patients are offered choices each day and special diets will be catered for.
Therapeutic, emotional and psychological support

Our highly-trained care team offer a range of support to meet individual needs and to enhance the quality of lives.
Sensory equipment

We have a wide range of sensory equipment, combining a range of stimuli such as lights, colour and sound to engage the patients in a safe and homely environment.
Laundry

Is undertaken at the home within the normal fees for service. The home expects all personal clothing to be labelled before admission to the home.
Kitchen Facilities

Facilities are accessible to patients owing to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations. Patients can provide their own food in so far as it is deemed reasonable and practicable by support staff.
Dry Cleaning

This service can be provided locally at the normal cost.
Bedding and towels

All furniture, bedding, soft furnishing and suitable equipment is provided.
